FROM THE MAGISTRATES -Â You have 21 days from the date of your Sentence to Appeal to the Crown Court.
FROM THE CROWN COURT -Â If you are appealing a conviction, you have 28 days from the date of your Conviction to Appeal to the Court of Appeal.
