BUILDING NOTICE APPLICATION Â Which is a less formal Building RegulationsÂ application more suitable for small works.

COMPLETION CERTIFICATE Â Certifies that the Local Authority is satisfied that the works have been completed within the terms of the Building Regulations. ALWAYS GET PERMISSION FIRST Â It is essential that you get the formal written planning permission and Building RegulationsÂ approval first before you carry out any works.
